So far the company has done everything they said they would. They completed all the steps to get the cultivation license without further financing (to this point). Now they are fast tracking increased production by the proposed acquisition, thus the ACCRETIVE acquisition might result in share dilution but not in future earnings dilution, quite the contrary.
We have branding and distribution in place, a strong team including Clint who has been instrumental in many of the deals to date.
Yes, the market stucks and the share price sucks but same could be said for 90% of the small cap weed stocks out there in 2018. At some point the market will catch up to how the business has been performing here and I think its done very well to this point. Still a ways to go before we see an income stream but we're firmly on the right path.
