RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Heritage headed into "plan of arrangement".Fair enough. Generally in life I tend to steer away from that stuff, finding it unbecoming... the rabbit hole is deep and to go down that road long enough, you may get lost. You are an intelligent guy, don't let them take you there. The value of your words maybe lost in translation.
It's very clear Bob is skirting the lines, and he's pretty intelligent so intentions get lost.. but comparing the hype around a metal fabrication company (and industry really) around since very early 1900's, to an emerging big fish in an emerging global market, is a foolish mistake. IMO.

As part of a plan of arrangement expect to see around a 1 for 7 consolidation with a financing arranged for "amalco" at a significant discount.
"Amalco" needs to have about 50 million O/S to attract the kind of capital these guys will need to fund all arms of the combined company.
Why do you think the market ain't considerate of what is going on?

"Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. has reached an agreement
to extend the proposed deadline to acquire CannaCure Corp. to Nov. 2, 2018.
The transaction, previously announced on July 23, 2018, was subject to several conditions prior to closing, and the two sides continue to make progress on these. Both sides continue to work toward meeting all these conditions and completing the definitive agreement as soon as possible.
Clint Sharples, chairman and interim chief executive officer of Heritage, states: "We are working closely with the team at CannaCure to close this transaction, and it remains an important part of our expansion plans. We are targeting closing this and the Purefarma transaction at the same time, and executing our business growth as one entity in the near future."
