A little backstory...Clint was EVP of Superior
 Management Group untill it's sale to IFCO Systems...he then became President of IFCO and led a management buyout creating Paramount Pallet Inc. which he served as CEO untill it's buyout.
 I am not trying to state any facts,,,take it as you wish.
