The cease trade, halt or suspension is just a new way

of screwign investors out of their investments.

The CSE or TSE or VSE calls for the listing to cease trading but it continues to dwindle away on the US pinks or elsewhere.

They don't honour the decisions made by our securities watchdogs and trade the listing down to zero.

Somebody winds up with whatever residual value is left and the Canadian investors lose their investment because we are legally not allowed to trade our shares.

All of the Canadian exchanges need to push for change or change ourselves and not honour the US decisions to halt or suspend their stocks.

I have been inflicted with a half dozen of these halts that are only halts for me and the other suckers that got inflicted with it and it is wrong!

I couldn't agree with you more.  Heritage would have to give me free shares to stay on board for me to average down. I've been fleeced but I'm not a lamb.  Read the book Fleecing the lamb then you'll know what they did us poor shareholders.
