RE: Financing.....hmmm? Dec Pipe Zrich

RE: Financing.....hmmm? Dec Pipe ZrichSprott Dynamic Sentry are mutual funds and most don't buy penny junior shares. Liquidity etc is main problem. ( among other things such as investment mandate of fund etc ) The institutional support CAT needs is from PP which will hold their shares for a long period until the story unfolds. Most juniors don't pay salaries Pipe, you should know that. No cash flow, no salary in most cases. Those sales of 25000 shares is a non issue and always has been except for the occasional visitor who mentions it and thinks it is some sort of insider sales guide for buying or selling shares. ( which is incorrect ) Anyway.....at .38 or whatever the price settles at this week, with 43-101 resources counted, this tiny junior still have more merit than 50% of the smoke and mirror penny juniors trading at higher levels. December is right on this, as his commentary is balanced and without hype. Knowing something about mining goes a long way in owning these juniors and getting the info correct helps. Don't get me wrong, am not saying there isn't things that are negative, but many other good juniors - ie. Great Panther, GPR-TO are going through similar cycle. there are a few juniors out there with some decent potential that have been beaten up and will survive, as long as they have resources and ability to expand them. BTW, it would help considerably to have gold break out which will affect all juniors and PM shares. When gold is flying, things are much different. Ask Adobe, we owned Tone Resources a couple of years ago and it went straight up and when it reported its drilling results, which had ZERO gold intercepts ( 0, nothing , not a sprinkle of dust, bone dry, ) the SP still held up and actually went up a few pennies. Selling into weakness is never a good strategy, even if story changes. There will be a bullish phase for PM shares which will allow those who want to sell better liquidity and prices for their shares. I would say before year end, a double from these prices is very possible. ( there is an economic scoping study that will be out in next few months that means alot to institutional investors ) MHO
