Certive Whistle Blowers - AKA CWB I have been asked and have agreed to join a group of shareholders and investors that are exploring ways to seek accountibility for the situation we find ourselves in with Certive. Their (CWB) goal is transparency and accountability from Certive.
CWB are focusing on the Whislte Blower program with OSC. This a tool that can be used by individuals to present a case for an investigation by the OSC.

CWB has been active in putting together a plan to move forward. CWB have information to start an investigation but they are seeking more points to add to the list of items. that could be investigated by the OSC or other regulators.
The CWB are vlooking at a number of other investigative options as well.
