Chalice just announced John Vorghese Chairman just quit and follows the CEO Jeff Yapp . A company without a chairman, without a CEO, without a CFO is a clear indication of a planned takeover by ex owner, ex CEO Simpson and going private and shareholders value will be reduced to zero.
