Choom Holdings Inc C.CHOO

Primary Symbol: CHOOF

Choom Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based retail cannabis company, which is established as store networks in Canada. The Company’s Choom brand is inspired by Hawaii's Choom Gang, a group of buddies in Honolulu, who loved to smoke weed or, as the locals call it, Choom. The Choom Gang pursued a ‘live in the moment’ lifestyle and their energy has helped shape the Choom culture, which is rooted in the shared belief of cultivating time with friends. The Company is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience through its curated retail environments, offering a diversity of brands for Canadians across a national retail network. The Company operates through two segments: Retail Cannabis and Corporate Operations. The Company’s business strategy is to build retail cannabis chains, with locations across Canada in the provinces that allow for private retailers.

RE:RE:Little math for this wreckage

RE:RE:Little math for this wreckage it is not a question that choom will go up (this company did go from .20 cents to 0) not counting all time high of around 1.4, companies get oversold, market is evaluating the company at 0 for the moment, I am just saying the numbers, real state, brand, and other goods - the debt puts the company in around .015 cents that is without making any good deals. Aurora can just say I will give the shareholders 6 million in cash or stock and I will take over the company and we all will aprove it (half the debt is own by Aurora already) . all my point is that fair value right now is .015 cents not 0 so there are chances that whoever buys at .005 like I did makes a bit of money because the risk of going lower than 0 does not exist.
A while back I bought at .06 cents I sold it right away and I would not expected this to go this low, I was lucky just that, reason I do not mind risking at .005. However this gives little relieve to all those longs that bought at way higher levels for them it is just take your losses or risk more because the bottom price the average down will be significant.
Just my opinion.
