RE: Valuing Insitu PM Resources

RE: Valuing Insitu PM ResourcesScorpio, great comparison, certainly did give perspective on the size of this. On your 2nd post, I got lost following your math. Please correct me if I am wrong: 20% of $500+per ounze on a 1 million oz deposit divided by 20mm shares (if that is what you are saying, then ) = $5.00 per share. Pdwwdp - your reference appears to use 3.6% (approx.) for valuation. If this is correct, currently $20 ($560/ounze) per for a million ounze divided by 20mm shares o/s = $1.00 per share. Yesterday was interesting regarding sell activity, and news releases. Do not understand the 25K selloff (down to $2) right before the releases. Appears somebody is making a very concerted effort to keep the price down. Or just a coincident ??????? Snowdog's theory, no news for the show makes sense, why do the PP just before the show if big things were slated for a major rise in SP. (for the show) I think patience is the key at the moment. A final (long) note -- all of us here have one thing in commom and that is we all own shares in RGZ. (safe assumption) Our objectives, though, I am sure differ greatly with what we want to achieve with those shares. I would always regard Metaldog's input invaluable for plays that I plan to own for sometime. Plays that have merit, and viability to become something great. Unfortuneately, most juniors I have played with do not fall into this category. The objective with most juniors I have played was too capitalize on short term run-ups period, garbage(pigs) or not. The play did not matter, only the run-up. The difficult choice sometimes was deciding whether the play suddenly had real merit or not. "Who are we to knock pigs flying" - we always hope our pigs fly, and we are out before they dive (which is rarely in my case) Player, sounds like you have done well. I know nothing of ECU other than it has risen quite nicely recently in the last few months. A ride that I would have gladly enjoyed being a part of. Point here is that I am guessing that Player has owned ECU for several months now and is up probably about 3x on his money. Good stuff!!!: And if you get out soon, you will have done quite well. And if you don't, the risk always remains you could loose it when the ride is over for whatever reason. Same with RGZ I have owned RGZ from .40 to 2.40. Yes, on my .40 cent purchases, I am up 600% for a year and a half. Not bad I could say and cash out. Or keep all, and remain at continuous risk as long as I stay long. This is where Metaldog's input, as well as a lot of other contributors here give me the confidence to stay long all the way. (The real deal) Bottom line, there are the traders here, day trader, technical traders, speculators, and investors. And many will be gone at $10, at $20, at $50 etc etc, hopefully all with personal objectives accomplished. We have a variety of personalities, objectives, opinions sometimes comparing apples to oranges. ECU may be a great apple, but terrible orange. RGZ will hopefully be an amazing orange, but is a terrible apple. I wish I had ECU in my apple basket. For my orange basket, only the real deals Bre-X, I was first told, by someone close who worked on the floor at the exchange, to buy it at $4. (SP was too high for the juniors I played, so I passed)I was firmly told to buy again at $11, then$16, and finally at $19 (before they gave up on me). I was too stupid to understand what I was missing out on. The word was out on Bre-X and the market decided it was going to push this baby to $280, and probably higher if it was the real deal. That is the kind of promo I am seeing in the cards for RGZ. And that is what will take this baby to levels I am hoping for. And I have resigned myself to wait patiently for such time that we have enough to give to the market to become that darling. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see $10 right now, but it is only a number on paper at this time in my big picture. But for the various players here, I do understand your impatience. Please understand our patience. (Sorry, did not mean to get so long winded.)
