My day at PDAC....
Well....
It was my very first visit at PDAC. I am relatively new at mining investment (4 - 5 years) so it was really good for me. I visited many cies, some being part of my investment, some that will be and some that will never be!
My background is not minerals, I'm a sales professionnal for over 25 years. In my business, you have to know the people you are dealing with. Some are true, honest people, some others....
What I can say is M.Opara is a "down to the ground" guy. They were not rolling drums at the Randsburg booth. Actually, if you didn't know about them, you could pass the table and never notice.... They are not the high profile promoters, with tons of report printed on glossy paper smelling roses, laying on their table. I like that. I'm a low profile guy. I beleive RGZ is low profile right now. But it will change. Dr. Germundson was enthusiast, excited to talk about Victory. They are very happy with what they drilled so far. M. Opara showed me things that were not on the table. He told me things I cannot repeat! Actually, being with them for 20 minutes, speaking back and forth about Titan and Victory, I just don't remember what I should'nt know about!
At some point, M. Opara took a small 35mm film plastic canister, which cover was held in place with a tape, open the small cover and emptied the contens in his hand... There was 6 or 8 nice stones... in the 3mm range...
It is late...
I am going to bed...
Don't know if i'll ever be able to get rid of that stupid smile I have in my face...
PS Don't ask for my shares...
