Its the psychology of this market. We all understand that RGZ is the real deal, but in order to get 10000 shares you have to put 22000 dollars down for a perceived high risk (because we are on the Venture exchange)investment. Psychologically, why would you put 22000 dollars on an investment when it would only cost you 4000 for a .40 share with the same perceived risk.... At this point I would rather be a small fish in a big pond, than a big fish in a small pond.....
The long and short of it is we are too expensive a stock to be on the Venture. We need to be on the big board in order to get the investors we need.
