RE:!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm more concerned with what happens to the share price if the deal has fallen apart?  Rather than what happens if it finally closes.  The plummet over the past two trading days feels like the market reacting to unoffiial bad news.  Existing investors and knife catchers beware,
