RE:RE:RE:Spoke to anthonyGTI already has a multi-state footprint, with operational assets online already and a whole bunch more coming online soon.  They've already won licenses by application or paid to acquire them.  They've raised $100M+ in cash to fund this expansion.  Cannex has done none of this.  The cost of licenses has skyrocketed over the past year.  Cannex must now compete with a dozen solid companies on acquisitions, many of which have more cash on hand, more attractive paper to offer and a greater projected revenue ramp in 2019.  There is no way that anyone can make a reasonable case that Cannex is on the same footing as GTI; not to mention Acreage, Curaleaf, Cresco, CannaRoyalty, iAnthus. 

Think about it this way, if you own a successful line of branded products in Californa, for example, are you really going to go with Cannex over one of their competitors?
