What Happened?

What Happened?Seriously!?  This isn't right.  Cancelled meetings...positive media interviews by both companies...delays....and then nothing???

Something sure doesn't smell right. And it smells like ego and control.  I'm not sure I buy the line that it wasn't in the best interest of "shareholderS".
