LDS claims it is waiting on a transportation license to ship and sell product. Well, I just contacted the CA Cannabis Bureau, and temporary licenses only take about 2 weeks. Here'a their reply:

Application processing times depend on a variety of factors. In general, the Bureau is able to process a temporary license application much faster than an annual license application. Processing times depend on the completeness of the application, type of license applied for, and how quickly we are able to confirm local authorization. Typically, the Bureau is able to process a temporary license application within a few weeks.

So why doesn't LDS have a temporary license after all of tis time? Why are so many other CA cannabis companies able to get a distributor license, but not LDS?
