RE:GSTRI noticed that, but I figure its just initial shares given as part of the RTO. Really isn't that much, but its annoying. Anyways, that one looks good.
As for LDS, Julia as you know I love the potential of this company, but right now Brad has me really scratching my head.
- States at the AGM end of April that they had thousands of liters of oil
- Q1 ending Mar 31st shows only $470k worth of inventory TOTAL
- NR yesterday confirms that they slowed production (likely to a crawl) due to the impending tax change
First of all, if you read the financials, the tax rate while it will help their margins, is really inconsequential. Secondly, why on earth would they have stopped production? Holding off on sales and pending until the tax change goes into effect, sure, but production?
Therefore, I think Brad just set up the market for his next excuse, which is why Q2 revenue numbers missed the mark, again.
So I would suggest that if you are looking to buy, the time will be after the Q2 disappointment, providing there aren't any other unforseen surprises. Every announcement this company makes going forward will be met with an underwhelming market response because the market simply does not trust LDS (Brad) and particuarly when it has a BOD that is not independent.
