I got completely out already. as did most LDS/COOL investors.

This ridiculous 8:1 R/s will not hold. It's already down 16% today alone. The shorts will now have a feast, driving the price right back down.

Once again, the retail investor gets permanently screwed with now 1/8 as many shares, and the stock price will go right back down, as it did with the last R/S's.

As and was stated, management will now give themselves cheap warrants, and issue more PP, to help cover their losses, while the retail investor gets screwed once again.

This company is now toast.
