Do you guys seriously think you will get anything back after a 6 to 1 roll back and then a 2 to 1 ? This thing would have to trade at 5 to 10 dollars for people to remotely get close to breaking even. And no way in hell that's going to happen even with brad gone. Only thing this is going to be any use is to use it for tax loss sell.

Where else can one expect to get a sweetheart deal like this, where you get a $1000000 Bonus for delivering $30K in revenueper month  for three months?  C$90K) How can the regulators even let this kind of deal proceed?  Is Shahcor owned by Brad or his cronies?  Seems like a way to transfer ownership of COOl to Shahcor and futher putting the shaft to the original shareholders

Only a deranged, corrupt  and incompete would propose such a shady deal. This guy has no shame! How can he stay in his job, when everyone wants him gone? His credibilioty is less than zero now!
