Financial statements due out by the end of November so no later than next Tuesday. Expect to see little or no revenues and little or no working capital. Unless there is some postive news soon we will be a penny stock. Also you should know the last financial statements were unaudited and prepared by management. I am not suggesting they were not correct just something to think about.

I'm not surprised that this stupid company has no revenue. When did they ever? This stock scam is run by thieves, liars, and cut throats, who have absolutely no concern for investors/suckers. Alll they want is your money, so they can spend it on lavish salaries, expense accounts, etc. That's always been their way. They can care less about revenue, having a revenue producing product

No mention of financials by the company at the end of November. It seems they're too ashamed to mention revenue, because they have none. How can these crooks, get away with unaudited financial statements? I can only imagine the lies and misrepresentations in their financial reports. This company is truly a stock scam, run by liars, and thieves. Just ask any previous/present investor.
