Whats going on

According to the October 28/2021 notice of AGM the only director that owned shares was Dr Hancock. The other Directors don't own any shares so they don't loose anything when the share price drops. In fact it will likely benefit them as they will set their stock options and Restricted share plan at these low prices. The lower the share price the lower the options and restricted rights will be set. So watch for when the directors set the price for their options. That should be near the bottom. But they will want them to be as cheap as possible. 

Anyway that is the way I think it works. I could be wrong.

If Dr. Hancock is the only director that owns shares, what does that tell you about their confidence in the company? Furthermore, I don't see what they gain by gaining shares really cheap, if the company goes bankrupt. Then, the shares wil be worth zero, right? Perhaps, they don't own shares at any price for that reason. Nonetheless, it is a pathetic state of affairs, when these crooks ...more
