Evidently there has been a shift of strategy behind the scenes at Core One Labs. The company late on Saturday night announced that it is currently in the process of investigating the potential of solicitating investment or a potential takeover of the company.

 

Its unclear specifically what has lead the company down this path, with the company stating that the decision follows “recently announced developments,” although further specifics were not provided.

So typical of this losing company and their many scams. Just like what happened to the predecessor compny LDS that they merged with, ideas and promises were never followed through with. And what you're left with are unfulfilled and broken promises. Welcome to Core One, and their attitude of treating investors like dirt. All they ever wqnted was your money!  Sounds like all of their B/S

Wat company in their right mind would want to buy this stock scam? Not even COOL management has any interest in owning this money losing, no revenue scam company. 10 years of massive losses to investors. The stock price is at a 10 year low! Failure is all this stock scam can accomplish. Pathetic!
