Latest news release "Core one to Delay filing Audited Financial Statements". I bet they would like to not file the statements at all. The Statements are going to be ugly. Huge liablities. No Revenues. No Cash. They are going to need to convince somebody to invest in this company. Probably do a PP at much lower prices. Only way to get somebody to come in. 

But at least the statements are Audited this time. Probably needed to be audited to get somebody to invest in the company.

Seems they should've stuck with Cannastrips from LDS. At least, then, they had a fabulous product that generated revenue.
