My math puts the value of the deal at somewhere between 1.00 at 1.25 though.... the kicker though is that there are 2 major parts here... nu-mex must be listed on the TSX-v and they need to secure the financing they mentioned in the news release. I dont see a problem with either of those criteria but lots of investors may choose to just wait to be sure those 2 things will happen. Its up today and will probably be up tommorow. NWT also released new results about the uranium samples and they mentioned they were "extremely pleased" and felt that this is definitly equivilant to a low cost open pit surface mine.
