Can I add myself as the third member of the stockhouse captor party?

I jumped into this company headfirst as a calculated (but unsuccessful) gamble when Captor's connections to MedMen first emerged.  I'm now stuck with some heavy bags, but willing to wait it out to assess their business plan, execution and fundamentals over the coming year.

Question for the two of you about something nvp said:

Captor owns the economics of MMEN's two most profitable and high traffic stores. MMEN will for sure want that back. Captor is going to do at least $45M in revenue alone this year from those stores, putting it at a much higher revenue than many of the big boys.

I have not been able to discern how (if at all) the proceeds from the retail storefronts will flow into Captor's books.  They own the real estate, correct?  Do they own the product that moves through that real estate?  Or is it possible that this is just lease (and maybe contracted services) income?  Do either of you have a concrete source that describes the terms of Captor's relationship with the MedMen stores?

I'm a bit of a DD sleuth.  Looking forward to checking in here to discuss this company with y'all.  Encourage you to check out r/weedstocks as well, if you aren't already familiar.
