I suspect that this will be looked closely at the the BCSC for these related party transactions , where the CEO Micheal Collins of Crest is also a director on ORGN and other shared director realtionships that exist  with OPW and ORGN.

That and the diisposion of shares to directors at below fair market traded value by both the corportaion ( there by not valuing the companies assets correctly)  OPW notes dispose value of .20 when it is trdaing today at .65.  
Same issue for the recepient directors who have an immeidiate taxible benefit represented in the same way.  Shares not acquired at fair market value which has an the effect of an immediate capital gain yo the recpient.

I have written to IIROC giving them the details .  This is not ok - please write as well to keep this from  happening again . If we speak up things might change - but they won't if we don't . Sorry Crest shareholders for your losses .
