RE:RE:Pasha Brands: Canada’s First Micro-Cultivator Crops ExpectedShocked that CRFT still has a mkt cap of $31M!!! Latest financial statements ending Sept 30 are overdue but just looking at last quarter it could be a complete disaster. As of June 30th, they had $1.2M in cash, current liabailities of $18M and their quarterly expenses at that time were a stunning $7.4M, the majority of which was consulting/professional fees of $4.2M.

Looking through the listing statement, I see founders awarded themselves 26M shares at $0.000001 at time of RTO - that is not a TYPO - there really are five zeroes after the decimal! Unclear if there was a stock consolidation, but if not those shares might still be worth +$4M so founders are doing just fine while others not so much. I feel sorry for all those craft growers that built their brands and were hoodwinked into doing a deal into PASHA.
