RE:RE:RE:Tomorrow - Buyback to commenceIs it price manipulation when the company outright states their plan for buyback? I have read a lot of articles about bigger companies buying back over the last few years. Apple had a significant repurchase plan which some have referenced as a key factor in their march to a trillion dollar market cap.
I think the first few weeks will give a good indication of how it will play out. Why pay more than you have too especially with so many things going on that could result in a share price boost anyway?
Hoping to see them simply place a market order for a lot size each day, That way we get the benifit of seeing which houses hold a significant position and which of those are intent to try and keep a cap on the price or play the momentum and offload at incrementally higher prices. Either way by the end of the month we will have established a new base and I guarentee that it will be above $5.
