“Merger”I’ve been a CRZ/OH holder from the beginning. Listened to ML on Bloomberg. I don’t see this as a type of takeover where the company that is taken over hands the reigns over and walks away. I get the impression as someone stated on this earlier that this is more like a merger, one that OH sees as the best way to get the brand model across the US. I get the impression that the company saw this as the best way to do this. I don’t know CL, but the talk looks to indicate that their deficiencies are being complemeted by OH, making this a pretty impressive power house. I don’t quite understand the share result RE: float vs those that aren’t...are the majority of shares of CL not traded at present?
