RE:i am not against the mergerThis is a well planned move for both. OH was not big enough to really turn the analysts head and they needed more respect quickly. Charles Bachtell, Co-founder and CEO of Cresco Labs, has a spotless resume. He brings that and a much larger capital base to the table
