Merged Co.’s market cap Can anyone tell me if my numbers are  close to what the market cap will be for the combined Co’s?
Currently CL @ 16.55 C, with 37.12 million share outstanding. The price per share of OH set at $12.68 C. $1.1 B/$12.68= 86,750,788 new shares of CL, which brings CL”s a outstanding shares to 
123.8.

$16.55 x 123800000 = 2.05 BILLION MARKET CAP .

 Is this figure correct ?
