Can Cresco Labs Afford Origin House?

Last night, Cresco Labs made it known to the public that the waiting period for its acquisition of Origin House has passed. The waiting period was a result of the second request issued by the Department of Justice related to anti trust laws. However, despite the announcement, uncertainty remains on the status of the acquisition due to wording used by the issuer in its statement.

It's an all share deal, so yes they can afford them. There's no cash involved in this deal
