RE:RE:God Speed

RE:RE:God SpeedThe whole NR is a contradiction of itself.
One minute they are saying the property is potentially up for sale (after due diligence) by only one exclusive suitor (that smells from here). Why would it not be open to more potential suitors? I'm sure there are a few but obviously management is merely setting up themselves again. If sold it will payoff debts. Shareholders screwed.
If the buyout doesn't go through then the crimminals at Metalstream still have a chance to get their sh_t together with their scam of the shareholders. All monies from the Metalstream deal go to debt. Shareholders screwed.
They also state the funding from Metalstream is to be utilized to move the project forward, "Canamex is planning to move the Bruner project forward into permitting and development using the proceeds from a gold stream forward sale to MetalStream Ltd."

So what is it?

Can they not even write a NR that doesn't totally contradicts itself? They are using to funding for debt. They are using the funding project advancement.
What a bunch of third graders.
Guaranteed this is merely an additional extension for Metalstream.
Finally, how can they organize for somebody to perform all this "until after completion of positive due diligence and completion of other customary closing conditions, including approval by the board and the shareholders of the company, and the execution of a definitive binding agreement."  and yet they can't complete their financial statements for two years? (due to Covid)
And you don't think that "definitive binding agreement" wouldn't include audited financials.
If there are not lawsuits associated with this company then the system truly is broken.
