You have zero track record and seem to enjoy pumping other deals on this board. It appears you like Aldrin so go over there and critique everyone's remarks as if you are Shawn Ryan himself. TAK shareholders are willing to take a shot on the current land package and will not be dumping TAK to switch to one of your other deals so don't waste your time with the "soft bash" strategy that is about as transparent as a lead shield.
