None of us knows that yet for a couple of different reasons.
1) Cube has an approx 20% interest in V23 after ther spinoff and they have a takeoff agreement with V23 that we do not know the details of.
2)Each installation is a long term prospect you are making it sound like they need to refill each installation with Vanadium on a regular basis. The only thing I have seen in terms of maintenence is they have to replace certain electronic components occasionally.
