SAMARIUM BILLION DOLLARS GROUP PROJECT 1 – BAUXITE REFINERY
Samarium has committed to build a 2 billion USD bauxite refinery in Guinea with an annual capacity of 3.2 million tons. The preliminary NPV of the project is estimated to be between 1.4 and 3.6 billion USD depending on the discount rate.

PROJECT 2 – GOLD CONCESSION SIGUIRI MINING
Samarium has acquired 5.5 million common shares and 5.5 million Class B special shares of Siguiri Gold Mining Corp, a privately held Canadian company that operates an epxloration license of a 14300 hectare gold prospect in Eastern Guinea, not far from the AngloGold mine of Siguiri.

PROJECT 3 – GOLD in FRONTINO EAST (COLOMBIA)
Samarium has acquired a 50% stake in Manila Metal Mining SAS, a Colombian entity which owns a highly prospective 12,000 hectare gold concessions immediately east of Frontino Gold Mines, Colombia’s largest gold mine. About 20% of the concession area currently is being or has been worked by artisanal miners, which is testimony to the high prospectivity of the area. PROJECT 4 – GOLD, COPPER, URANIUM in GRANADA (COLOMBIA)
Samarium has acquired a 50% stake in Green Gold SAS, a Colombian entity which owns a polymetal 18,000 hectare mining concession in proximity of the city of Medellin, Colombia. This concession qualifies as “grass roots”, but has attracted the interest of Samarium due to its rich soil and rock samples. A joint venture partner will develop the project.
