RE: Something is very fishy I don't think there is anything fishy going on. I believe it is just stock turnover, profit takers who were holding the stock at .02 are taking their money. It will take a few days for this stock to climb higher once all the profit takers have sold their shares. Also once the official offer is made it should also climb higher, right now there is only a LOI, but why go to the trouble to put the details of the offer in a LOI if they werent going to make an offer.
