This issue has to be resolved this weekend and I anticipate SAX being halted pending news. Much work was possibly done already and drills were set to turn. Tailings must have been in place to create some cash flow and the Gold Rush boys were ready to go. Most definitely Hable quite possibly had a big holding and won't simply walk away knowing the strategic location from a producing mine.

Now he might be in a better position to proposed a full buyout of SAX and take it private, then look for another jv partner. The money he has, he can easily propose a full buyout and now have a good reason to fire the present BoD without compensation. May be they were setup who knows...
