RE: Will not sell Monday...however

RE: Will not sell Monday...however

There are so many ways to look at the present situation with regards to SAX  after looking at Sedar reports and Hable. He has played a very active role in bringing SAX to the point of drilling and securing the tailings. During Hable's time the shareholder's right were created. Then we see key players disappear and a new team in control who may not have much holding in SAX but just a transition team. Now we have a situation that we're presently facing, whereby Hable resigns and suddenly have great interest in SAX with high drama.

I don't know at what angle to look at this anymore but: are we being played here ;) ??. .... The Purchaser intends that the proceeds from the sale of warrants be used by the Company to conduct necessary feasibility studies for putting the Guadelupe project into production.

The Purchaser intends to complete the Closing on or before the 15th of May 2013.

The warrant he speaks of here may be the warrants that were repriced from $0.50 to $0.12 that is due in a couple mths. This drama may simply intended to put a lid on any stock appreciation in value until he acquires his 51%. Hable seems to already have significant investment in SAX may be through a number of financings in te past ...

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2013) - Samaranta Mining Corporation ("Samaranta") has been founded by and personally financed by Dr. Volkmar G. Hable ("Mr. Hable") with very significant personal investment and efforts. In addition, Mr. Hable solely has acquired each Samaranta Project, as well has solely organized the further financing of Samaranta.

Today companies wonder why is it so difficult to raise cash or to have a longterm investment in some of these microcap companies, even though they have a great story line. We see a new trend called Angel investors...LMAO. Well I guess after they $crew us retail they make enough $$$$ to look like Angels and even gain our respect :) Yes, it seems to be just a big game...and would eventually get SAX very cheap.

FYI: I do hold an interest in SAX but I personally believe we're played big times here I would continue to hold and don't fall for this plot. Bottom line IMO after Hable discovered the potential of SAX and completed all the relevant mapping and trenching a shareholder's right, Code of Conduct and Whistleblower policy he chose to make this move..... I believe this drama may be just that what it was intended for .....drama.

The above is just my personal opinion....
