RE: My guess

RE: My guess

Credibility issues on both sides disclosures and possibility of nondisclosures. But I think it seriously damaged Dr. Hable more as a professional. The only thing left for him to save his face is a formal bid.

https://www.marketwire.com/press-release/samaranta-mining-board-comments-on-samarium-group-news-release-terminates-segovia-joint-tsx-venture-sax-1761106.htm

At no time did Samarium Group ever provide evidence that it had the financial ability to fund the alleged offer which included an approximate 500% increase to market price and a substantial loan to the Company, and the Company has no reason to believe that Samarium Group is or ever was in a position to fund the alleged offer.

This above is even worst stating basically IMO that Samarium don't have the financial resources to fund the alleged offer...WOW!! .......Now Dr. Hable even has to fefend his professional career on the due diligence on the Segovia Project and how it complied with the Colombian mining laws.

Time to save yuh face bro..... SAX needs their $55,828 and may be cost. I would suggest take that imaginary $5M and that was intended for financing and buy the darm company out....
