I can't speak for Diomio, but if you like City View, you will love QCA !.   They own 28 Million shares of CityView and are trading at less than 1/2 the book value of all their investments (including CityView).  Meaning you are getting shares in City View at 1/2 their trading price, along with a basket (30-40) of other Cannibis Companies, including exposure to the just developing US Cannibis market.   They are one of the few companies making money in Cannibis.  They are a Merchant banker that lends money to Cannibis start-ups.  In return for lending money to start-ups they take back shares and warrants at entry level prices.  Two ways to make money, plus you have lower risk via a diversified portfolio of shares.
