It is my understanding that a sales licence requires that the processing licence holder complete two successful production runs before application. The products must use the full production line including the infusion of cannabis. The sales licence will allow them to produce own-brand products and sell directly to the provincial regulators. The lack of a sales licence does not impede CVGR's ability to produce for a white label customer who does already have a sales licence.
