cvgr

i hope with the next license cvgr doesn't send us all on another tail spin.

As I mentioned, the lack of a sales licence does not prevent CVGR from producing product for other LPs. A lack of a sales licence does not prevent CVGR from going through another LP with a sales licence to bring its own brand products to market. There is nothing stopping them from signing deals, producing product and generating revenue.

Thanks for that info, nice to know Cityview can generate sales at this point. What would really help is a signed deal with a dollar value attached. This would put us on the radar regarding cannabis  investors.

Jimbo, It should be noted that City View's agreement with Infusion Works from April 2020 included revenue potential from an edible contract that already existed. That revenue was triggered on April 30, 2021 when City View was granted a processing licence as part of that deal. This was subtlely noted in the press release of this transaction released on April 21, 2020.

DrEdible, That's great but if we don't get a meaningful update the stock will soon hit a 52 week low. If there has been some positive progress over the last few months the investment community needs to know. Silence from management is a concern.

I am not as concerned about the stock hitting a 52 week low. I read the July update and there is a whole 'lotta nothing thus far. The last presser on June 3 stated a Budd Hutt opening in Vermilion in June, and in Leduc in July, and 2 months later neither have materialized thus far.  Gotta wonder about management when they send a statement out with a self imposed date for an opening, and ...more

Nice movement on the SP Friday hopefully a continuation Monday. Perhaps we may see news on the contract side this quarter. This would put us on the radar with all those cannabis investors. Let hope for a great September and October.

Stumbled across this today, but apparently Budd Hutt opened the 3rd location in October in Vermilion.  I think it was supposed to open in June. This company clearly cannot keep it's word with timelines.  No idea as to why they would not have a press release for this though.  This seems like the kind of thing you mention to shareholders.  Truly Bizarre. And yet they do ...more

anjz661. I understand your fustration but untill the testing on those three edible products are complete they can't announce who the large reputable partner is. CVG did mention they are working on contracts with multiple partners and those are progressing very well. Once the testing is complete all will be revealed and CVG will be trading at a higher SP thats why the warrants have been pushed ...more

It's now time that management step up and support the share price. At these levels there's no excuse. Step up if you believe in your company.

The share price will take care of itself once they finally produce something.  Sounds simple, but with profitability being the biggest driver of share price, it is hard to be profitable as a cannabis edibles company when you don't make or sell anything. Whatever happened to the Budd Hutt outlet in Leduc that was supposed to open in July 2021?  Has been awhile since there has been a ...more

Putting aside these disgruntle investors who can't see beyond their dislike for Rob what this News Release if I'm reading this correct is all about.  im guessing the potential customers want to deal with one entity not two that's why this had to be done. We now control full profit and less dilution which is a win win for all of us. The path is now clear for contracts to be ...more

As per the December 13, 2021, press release 'The Customer expects to supply the three distinctive cannabis-infused edibles nationally beginning in March 2022.' Not holding my breath that there will be a press release tomorrow, as these guys always miss their own deadlines.  It is like the management team needs it's own management team.
