From TA perspective there are lots of road blocks. Fundamentally, the amount of news they are holding back is going to catch people off guard everytime. Dont try and trade this technically, you will get burned. It's not a coincidence they released 2 deals worth 30% of their market cap back to back, they have been sitting on news and there is lots more to come.
