Called  CEO and he clearly could not give details that have not been released yet but read this part of the press release and said thats what you need to keep in mind

wishes to inform its shareholders that it is currently reviewing several Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech acquisitions. Once a letter of intent has been signed, the company will update its shareholders.
