45 million shares out and 3.50 US...they have some
deal with a "school" in Waco Texas.
That's a Red Flag.
I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss this company.
It's been quite a run here but they have been as
high as 2.25 about 18 months ago base on their
relationship with Richardson Electronics { RELL }
- the South American currency crisis can hardly be
blamed on FIN!
Watch for a quick financing.
