My guess is this will be halted for another couple months at least. It takes a bit of time to amalgamate/change businesses. From what I know a Micron PP was done not too long ago. Maybe they wait until those shares come free trading? FIN was halted for awhile with the kushtown deal and that wasnt just because negotiations were going sour...
