RE:0 volume

RE:0 volumemuffet99,

no disrespect here but first if you are talknig about this equity which i believe you are let's get the facts right. The first fact you are wrong on--perhaps it was a typo is that this had a 2-1 reverse split not a 3-1 (consolidtation). the second fact you are wrong on is the volume. How do you have any volume on a sustained halt? Did you know this is halted and have you been reading the info on the board. I had said when i inquired this will be halted until around June the 4th another poster posted an article that stated in detail the reason for the halt which claims that there will be a 10 business day since it was halted to start back up around the 9th. Regardless, there is 0 volume and will continue to be 0 volume until the halt is lifted.

I hope that may straighten out any misinformation you are dealing with because clearly you have said two things which are absolutely untrue. Now whether the company is making good choices and picking the right parties well we see a lot of things that have not gone favorably that happens. We see that there is still this pending lawsuit for wrongful termination which i am not happy to see is still going on when i reviewed the financials. We are now questioning Harvinder Sidhu's claim as to the amount of ppes that can be manufactured and know that he should have qualified the claim--this has yet to be proven.

On the plus side, the company has used its mining position to inject monies into the business to keep it running and if what has been stated about the pharma digester holds true despite what happens with the ppe side at least that will be able to keep things goiong. I won't even pretend to know how things will work out on the ppe side as things may work out as Harvider is claimiing they may work out to a lesser capacity but still enough to keep the business running and self sustaining or Covid may be out and out right lying about their business and the supposed client they are to provide--I don't know but like i said one way or the other I will like to see things come out over this month--they should become more clear. Now as stated in the article posted by the poster it is clearly stated that any brokerage that wants to keep this company and trade it has to adhere to very strict rules such as providing financial information/quarterlies among other things so you know it is likely there will be people who will still trade others may not. How all this will affect the share value has yet to be seen.

Ideally, i wanted to take profit up of .30's and was close to saying i am pulling all my holdings off the table for even higher prices like $1.00 but this news is a wobble and something that has a lot to be desired and worked out. This company has been historically economically very weak some things in its control others not so much so. Partnering up with Aurora was the right decision it was just bad timing that there was an oversupply of cbd in the market causing the whole sector to collapse. Is Battley to blame for this? Is Wong to blame for this? and are these guys really crooks? I could say i don't think it is very ethical that these guys who have made a fortune turn tail and don't stand by their parnters and look to save their own skin but am i surprised no--is it illegal what they did--well no unless there was something they did that was.

In any case, this company has a long ways to go to prove that it is a strong company and one that if i have to sell off 2/3 of my shares at a loss i do have my strike points and strategy in place i will--i will likely keep 500 shares and just leave them super long term but if these should fall to my strike point i will have to sell 2/3 fo my position--which i don't have much of to begin with 1500 but still a big loss to my overall portfolio which is around $2,000 right now--at my strike point and taking a loss of $130 or so is 13% and that is quite the hit.

I am trying to systematically grow my portfolio and sometimes i get hit like this. Should i complan and keep looking at the negative no because that will take energy for me to see things from a positive light and find other means to keep moving forward. Things just happen and i have to deal with them preferably in a rational way and looking at ok a step or two back oh well i will find my footing again and move 10 forward!!!

Anyways good luck and i wish you all the very best with what you hold.
