I Think it is a matter of time beore these contracts reflect on their numbers.I would like to believe they are moving strategically

The contract does not have much on financial details. Well, hoping this one no matter the indequancy of information bidding could open doors to contracts with other states or similar institutions, leading to potential revenue growth through future contracts.
