It's fair to say EATS at 100mc would roughly have us at $6
Totally Doable. I also feel that EATS has much more growth potential than VERY. 

Considering VERY is in our portfolio we still would want them to succeed. It's truly a win win. 

I would think the future looks promising for EATS.
