Will not get financing...
...if the share price hovers around two dollars or less unless they want to seriouslt handicap the company. The price has to get into the $3-4 range, and stay there for a while. I'm sure financing will happen once the stock price get into this range and stays there.I believe, the stock price must move up for management to reach its goals.

I agree with what you're saying, but look at how long it took before VERY announced their financing. the range was fairly low for a bit of time. if these guys can't get financing in the next month or so, its a big problem. imo
